Guillermo was born on November 23, 1961, in Mexico City.

 

He studied at the Academia de San Carlos (1985). Received Bachelor of Painting at the National School of Painting. Sculpture and Engraving "La Esmeralda" CAN / Fine Arts (1991 - 1966). He studied Portuguese at the Brazilian Studies Center (1984 -1986) and English at the Mexican-American Cultural Relations Institute, AC (1984) and later in England (1991).

 

Participated in the following courses:

- "The Artistic Field and Art History" by Teresa del Conde (critic).  Museum of Modern Art, 2000.

-  "Latest Artistic Trends of the 20th century“ by Victor Sosa (critic).  Jose Luis Cuevas Museum, 1999.

-  “Contemporary sculpture” by Abraham Cruz Villegas.  Museum Rufino Tamayo, 1999.

 

Has multiple exhibitions in Mexico and USA.
