All our products are handmade, many using natural materials. Due the nature of our products and materials, each product can vary slightly in dimensions and coloring.

 

We believe that these natural variations enhance the authenticity and beauty of each item, we understand that some customers will require more exact product information before ordering.

PAYMENTS TERMS

 

 

Immediate Delivery items must be paid in full prior to shipping.

Custom items require a Non-refundable 70% deposit to initiate production.

The balance, including shipping costs to your project location (if arranged by Manos), is due prior to release of the order.

 

All shipping costs must be paid in full before we release the items for final delivery.

 

 

 

TRADE PROGRAM TERMS

We invite you to be part of the bridge, to connect our artists with the world.

 

If you are an interior designer, architect or general contractor, Manos of the world invite you to be part of our Trade Program .

We can assist you in finding the perfect piece for the perfect project.

You will receive trade discounts that vary by vendor off the retail price.

Requirements to be part of our Trade Program.

 

You will need to present a list one of the following.

​

*Interior design certification (e.g. CCIDC, NCIDQ)

 

*Valid membership in a major design organization (e.g. IIDA, AIA, IDC, ASID)

 

*Valid Business or State Profession license verifying your business in a Residential or Commercial Design based business, the Hospitality industry, or licensed general contracting.

 

*Resale or Sales tax Certificate.

If you purchase merchandise for resale, you will be required to supply a Resale or Sales tax Certificate.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders without this documentation.

We will need the Resale or Sales tax Certificate for each state in the United States where you seek tax exemption.

DAMAGES & RETURNS

​

Sales on all items from Manos of the world are final.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report damaged or defective shipments.

Please include photos of the damage.

Whether or not an item is damaged will be at the discretion of Manos of the world.

If we determinate that damage was made during production or shipping, we will issue a Return Authorization.

Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise, a credit for future order with us, or a credit back to the original form of payment.

 

 

Authorizing us to take a deposit or making payment in full constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
